This
group plays hi energy New York Jazz in the spirit and tradition
of great saxophone pairings of the past, such as John Coltrane/
Pharaoh Sanders, and Dave Liebman/ Steve Grossman in the
Elvin Jones Quartet. The music, which is written by the
two Norwegian saxophone players, leaves a lot of room for
improvisation, but also explores new concepts in terms of
form, arrangements, and rhythmic complexity. Look forward
to a spirited exchange between these two virtuoso players.
They will be joined by some of the finest jazz musicians
