It’s
easy to feel unsuccessful – but what happens when
you actually admit your failures? Bergen’s
cutting-edge student theater presents a piece of “the
real Norway” in New York. No vikings, no polar bears!
Come experience the US premiere of a collection of monologues
that investigate what it means to be an unsuccessful Norwegian
in a prosperous country.
Directed
by Gunhild Solhaug and Helene Aaakvaag. Produced by Therese
Karlson and Karen Ann Forgione. Featuring music by Kings
of Convenience, Dharma, Ephemera, Furia, johndoe, Buff Momo
and The Dedicated Followers of Shiva. Film by dalas verdugo
and Andreas Milde.
The
play will be followed by our regular Sunday-Evening-Barbeque-Party
at the Roof Garden starting at 7.30 p.m.
