Marius Gundersen, born 1973, was educated at The Faculty of Fine Arts (Agder University College), Norwegian Academy of Music and Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London.

He has studied with great guitarists such as Per Kjetil Farstad, Per Skareng, Sven Lundestad and Robert Brightmore - and he has also participated in masterclasses with David Russel, Roland Dyens, Marco Socias, Sergio og Odair Assad and Carlos Bonell. Marius Gundersen has performed at the 9. Festival Internacional de Guitarra de Morelia and the Norwegian Guitar Festival and he has held concerts in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, England, France, Mexico and the US.

This autumn he will tour the US again and we are proud to present a concert with Marius Gundersen at the Norwegian Seamen's Church in New York - Thursday, Nov 30 at 5 pm.
